Rise and shine beautiful ladies and come and join us on Sunday 16th March for a morning full of all the goodness you need to begin a new week. Bringing together like minded women for a morning matcha and get to know one another, a brisk hike through the area of tala, followed by a strengthening Pilates class out in nature and a guided meditation to finish a beautiful morning together.
